The application form fulfils 2 functions, to provide contact details for all members and to allow Eileen to arrange the orchestra and select the music to match the level of ability. It would therefore be useful if you could complete and send it in advance of the first meeting that you are planning to attend. Having sent it in just come along to the meeting. If you forget to send it in still come and bring the form with you.
